I had a dear friend who was a certified FST provider.  She convinced me to give FST a try before committing to neck surgery.  After ONE session my pain was significantly reduced, and opened my eyes to the possibility of pain relief without medication or surgery.  I look forward to providing you with a similar experience.

She recommended so many options for me to relieve pain, she took the time to let me share my concerns, she didn’t rush the appointment. She took her time, and always checked how I was feeling. Amazing and beautiful person inside and out!

Lindsey is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough. Every time I go in I learn more effective ways of stretching and better ways of taking care of my joints. During this last visit, Lindsey noticed that my foot was angled unevenly compared to the other foot. She worked the area more during the stretch and by the end of the session it was even again. I’ve noticed the extra wear on the outside of my shoes but never thought anything of it. Stuff like this is the reason why I love coming to this place. Not only did she notice something that would negatively effect my knees in the long run but she gave me pointers on how to regularly mitigate the issue. Definitely will keep going!
